FAQs

Can I purchase prints of the photos?

I will upload your photos to an online gallery, from which you can purchase prints directly. You'll also receive a print release, allowing you to print the downloaded images anytime on your platform of choice.

Can I purchase additional edited photos?

Yes! For any package, additional photos can be purchased and will be expertly edited just as the included photos are.

What counts as “one” location?

Typically, one college campus equals one location. For mini shoots, there may only be time for one area of a campus, whereas for longer shoots, there will be more time to travel around the college campus for different locations. Maxine is highly experienced with both the classic photo spots around the WashU campus and the hidden gems that offer unique and artistic photo opportunities and is happy to discuss locations based on your preferences!

What about multiple outfits?

Clients may bring multiple outfits, but changing time is included in the shoot duration. Mini shoots, being only 20 minutes long, do not allow for outfit changes. For multiple outfits, a deluxe or premium shoot is recommended unless shooting in the same immediate area. Feel free to discuss options with Maxine or inquire about outfit add-ons.

How do I share my gallery with others?

Depending on your preferences, I am able to set up the gallery as invite only or as a shareable link, with other preferences. I am happy to discuss the best way to set up your online gallery!

How long does it take to deliver the photos?

The raw images will be uploaded and delivered between 2-7 days after the shoot date. Edited photos typically take 2-4 weeks to deliver. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.

What payment do you take?

I accept cash, check or online platforms such as venmo and zelle.

What about the weather?

I will monitor the weather prior to shoots and am experienced shooting under different lighting conditions. Should there be inclement weather, I will do my best to find a time to reschedule. On WashU’s campus, I am also familiar with covered outdoor areas that could be used in the event of light rain during a shoot.
